Il est constitué, sous la raison sociale «Eurofima» Société européenne pour le financement de matériel ferroviaire («Eurofima» Europäische Gesellschaft für die Finanzierung von Eisenbahnmaterial, «Eurofima» Società europea per il finanziamento di materiale ferroviario, «Eurofima» European Company for the Financing of Railroad Rolling Stock) une société par actions, régie par la convention inter- nationale relative à la constitution de ladite société, par les présents statuts et, à titre subsidiaire, par la loi de l’Etat du siège.
