Artikel 8.7

1. If an employee is missing and, considering all the circumstances, it can be regarded as certain that the employee is dead, the employee will be deemed to have died on a date to be determined by the employer. In such a case article 8.6applies mutatis mutandis.
2. Article 8.6, paragraph 2does not apply if there is good reason to believe that the employee is absent without leave.
