Legal Status (Local Employees) Regulations 2020
1. An employee’s salary is fixed as a gross amount.
2. The contributions to be remitted by the employer that are payable by the employee pursuant to article 5.3, or the amounts to be withheld pursuant to article 5.5, paragraph 2or article 5.6, paragraphs 1 and 2 (a)are in any event deducted from the gross salary.
