Artikel 92
Verdrag van Ljubljana-Den Haag inzake internationale samenwerking bij de opsporing en vervolging van genocide, misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid, oorlogsmisdrijven en andere internationale misdrijven
1. No reservations may be made to this Convention other than those provided for in this article.
2. A State may, at the time of signature, ratification, acceptance or approval of or accession to this Convention, formulate a reservation to article 39, article 40 or article 42, as well as a reservation as expressly provided for in article 86, paragraph 3, or article 90, paragraph 5.
3. A State may, at the time of signature, ratification, acceptance or approval of or accession to this Convention, formulate a reservation, for renewable periods of three years, based on grounds existing in its domestic law and in accordance with its obligations under international law, limiting the establishment of its jurisdiction under article 8, paragraph 3.
4. Any State that has formulated a reservation in accordance with paragraph 2 or 3 may, at any time, withdraw that reservation by notification to the Depositary.
