Verdrag van Ljubljana-Den Haag inzake internationale samenwerking bij de opsporing en vervolging van genocide, misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid, oorlogsmisdrijven en andere internationale misdrijven
1. The execution of a request for extradition shall be subject to the conditions provided for by the domestic law of the requested State Party.
2. If the requested State Party refuses the whole or any part of the request for extradition or if it postpones the execution of the request, the reasons for refusal or postponement shall, where appropriate, be notified to the requesting State Party.
