Verdrag van Ljubljana-Den Haag inzake internationale samenwerking bij de opsporing en vervolging van genocide, misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid, oorlogsmisdrijven en andere internationale misdrijven
1. At any time after the expiration of five years from the date of entry into force of this Convention or after the date of deposit of the fifteenth instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval or accession, whichever is the later, any State Party may propose additional annexes to this Convention containing one or more crimes not listed in any other annex.
2. Additional annexes shall be proposed and adopted and shall enter into force according to the procedure under article 87, paragraphs 2 to 6.
