Artikel 6
Verdrag van Ljubljana-Den Haag inzake internationale samenwerking bij de opsporing en vervolging van genocide, misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid, oorlogsmisdrijven en andere internationale misdrijven
Without prejudice to article 2, States Parties may agree to apply this Convention to any request that refers to conduct to which all of the following conditions apply:
a) The conduct is a crime of genocide, crime against humanity, war crime, crime of aggression, torture or enforced disappearance under international law;
b) The conduct is a crime of genocide, crime against humanity, war crime, crime of aggression, torture or enforced disappearance under the domestic law of the requesting State Party;
c) The conduct is an extraditable offence under the domestic law of the requested State Party.
