Artikel 91
Verdrag van Ljubljana-Den Haag inzake internationale samenwerking bij de opsporing en vervolging van genocide, misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid, oorlogsmisdrijven en andere internationale misdrijven
1. Any State may, at the time of signature, declare that it shall provisionally apply this Convention or any Part thereof, pending the entry into force of this Convention for that State.
2. Requests for cooperation from States that are provisionally applying this Convention may be refused by States Parties that have not made a declaration under paragraph 1 prior to becoming a State Party to this Convention.
3. Any signatory State may terminate its provisional application of this Convention by written notification to the Depositary. Termination of the provisional application of this Convention shall take effect on the first day of the month following the date of receipt of the notification by the Depositary. The termination shall not affect the obligations of that State under this Convention regarding requests pursuant to this Convention made prior to the termination of the provisional application.
