Artikel 75
Verdrag van Ljubljana-Den Haag inzake internationale samenwerking bij de opsporing en vervolging van genocide, misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid, oorlogsmisdrijven en andere internationale misdrijven
1. In the case of continued enforcement, the administering State Party shall be bound by the legal nature and duration of the sentence as determined by the sentencing State Party.
2. If the sentence referred to in paragraph 1 is by its nature or duration incompatible with the domestic law of the administering State Party, or if its domestic law so requires, the administering State Party may, by a court or administrative order, adjust the sanction imposed by the sentence to be enforced to the punishment or measure prescribed by its domestic law for a similar crime. As to its nature, the punishment or measure shall, as far as possible, correspond with the sanction imposed by the sentence to be enforced. It shall not aggravate, by its nature or duration, the sanction imposed by the sentence to be enforced, nor exceed the maximum prescribed by the domestic law of the administering State Party.
