Verdrag van Ljubljana-Den Haag inzake internationale samenwerking bij de opsporing en vervolging van genocide, misdrijven tegen de menselijkheid, oorlogsmisdrijven en andere internationale misdrijven
1. Each State Party shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the crimes to which the State Party applies this Convention in accordance with article 2 constitute crimes under its domestic law.
2. Each State Party shall make the crimes referred to in paragraph 1 punishable by appropriate penalties which take into account their gravity.
