Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk België, het Koninkrijk Denemarken, de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland, Ierland, de Italiaanse Republiek, het Groothertogdom Luxemburg, het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, de Europese Gemeenschap voor Atoomenergie en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie ter uitvoering van artikel III, eerste en vierde lid, van het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens

If nuclear material will not be subject to Agency safeguards in the recipient State the Community shall make arrangements for the Agency to receive within three months of the time when the recipient State accepts responsibility for the nuclear material, confirmation by the recipient State of the transfer.
