Artikel 24

Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk België, het Koninkrijk Denemarken, de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland, Ierland, de Italiaanse Republiek, het Groothertogdom Luxemburg, het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, de Europese Gemeenschap voor Atoomenergie en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie ter uitvoering van artikel III, eerste en vierde lid, van het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens

(a). The Agency, the Community and the States shall, at the request of any one of them, consult on amendment to this Agreement.
(b). All amendments shall require the agreement of the Agency, the Community and the States.
(c). The Director General shall promply inform all Member States of the Agency of any amendment to this Agreement.
