Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk België, het Koninkrijk Denemarken, de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland, Ierland, de Italiaanse Republiek, het Groothertogdom Luxemburg, het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, de Europese Gemeenschap voor Atoomenergie en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie ter uitvoering van artikel III, eerste en vierde lid, van het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens

Where nuclear material subject to safeguards under this Agreement is to be used in non-nuclear activities, such as the production of alloys or ceramics, the Community shall agree with the Agency, before the material is so used, on the circumstances under which the safeguards under this Agreement on such material may be terminated.
