Overeenkomst tot oprichting van de Interamerikaanse Ontwikkelingsbank
Nonregional members would be entitled to two Executive Directors and their respective Alternates. Each Executive Director will be elected by at least three countries and will cast, as a unit, the votes of the nonregional members he represents with respect to all matters coming before the Board of Executive Directors.
