Each nonregional member will be entitled to one Governor and one Alternate Governor. However, appropriate measures will be taken so that the present rights of regional members with respect to the selection of the President of the Bank, the suspension of a regional member, or the approval of increases in resources, as well as their rights with respect to a quorum, shall not be adversely affected.
