Artikel 49
Europese Code inzake Sociale Zekerheid (herzien)
The total value of the benefits granted in accordance with Article 47 shall be such as to represent at least:
a) either 1,5% of the gross domestic product; or
b) 3% of the minimal legal or minimum inter-occupational wage of an ordinary labourer, as determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 72, multiplied by the total number of persons protected.
