Europese Code inzake Sociale Zekerheid (herzien)
1. Where a Party applies sub-paragraph a or b of paragraph 1 of Article 46, entitlement to benefit shall not be made conditional on the completion of a qualifying period.
2. Where a Party applies sub-paragraph c or d of paragraph 1 of Article 46, entitlement to benefit may be made subject to qualifying period not exceeding six months' residence.
