Artikel 9
Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Italiaanse Republiek inzake de uitwisseling en wederzijdse beveiliging van gerubriceerde gegevens
1. Classified Information shall be transferred in accordance with national laws and regulations of the Providing Party.
2. Classified Information at RISERVATISSIMO / Stg. CONFIDENTIEEL and above shall be transferred through governmental channels or through other channels as otherwise agreed between the Competent Security Authorities of the Parties.
3. Classified Information at SEGRETISSIMO / Stg. ZEER GEHEIM level shall be sent only through diplomatic or military channels in accordance with national laws and regulations.
4. In case of transportation of a substantial volume of Classified Information, procedures for transport shall be jointly agreed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Competent Security Authorities of the Parties.
5. Electronic transmission of Classified Information may take place only by using cryptographic means in accordance with procedures mutually approved by the Competent Security Authorities.
