Verdrag tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Italiaanse Republiek inzake de uitwisseling en wederzijdse beveiliging van gerubriceerde gegevens
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or implementation of this Agreement shall be settled exclusively through direct consultation or negotiations between the Parties and shall not be referred to any national or international tribunal or other entity for resolution.
