Verdrag tot oprichting van de Caribische Douaneorganisatie en inzake wederzijdse administratieve bijstand in douanezaken
On request, the requested administration shall provide the requesting administration, which has reason to doubt the accuracy of information provided to it in a customs matter, with information relative to:
(i) whether goods imported into the territory of the requesting Member have been lawfully exported from the territory of the requested Member;
(ii) whether goods exported from the territory of the requesting Member have been lawfully imported into the territory of the requested Member and the customs procedure, if any, under which the goods have been placed.
