Verdrag tot oprichting van de Caribische Douaneorganisatie en inzake wederzijdse administratieve bijstand in douanezaken
The Secretary General shall prepare the statement of assets, liabilities and net worth, and of receipts and disbursements to March 31st of each year, and these statements are to be approved and accepted by the internal Auditor and submitted for consideration by the Finance Committee and the Executive Committee, and subsequently presented to the Council prior to its annual session.
