Artikel 53
Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kosovo betreffende de vestiging van de Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in Nederland
1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month after the Parties have notified each other that their constitutional requirements for entry into force of the Agreement have been complied with.
2. The Interim Agreement between the Netherlands and the Republic of Kosovo concerning the Hosting of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in the Netherlands of 26 January 2016 shall cease to have effect on the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
