Artikel 30
Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kosovo betreffende de vestiging van de Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in Nederland
1. The privileges, immunities and facilities provided for in Articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of this Agreement are granted in the interests of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution and not for the personal benefit of the persons themselves.
2. The immunity of any person granted under this Agreement shall be waived as set out in Law No. 04/L-274 of the Republic of Kosovo in any particular case where the immunity would impede the course of justice and can be waived without prejudice to
a. the purpose for which it is accorded; or
b. the interests of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution.
2. The immunity of any person granted under this Agreement shall be waived as set out in Law No. 04/L-274 of the Republic of Kosovo in any particular case where the immunity would impede the course of justice and can be waived without prejudice to
a. the purpose for which it is accorded; or
b. the interests of the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution.
