Artikel 42
Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Kosovo betreffende de vestiging van de Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in Nederland
1. Persons detained by the Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution in the Host State shall not be provisionally released in the Host State in accordance with Article 41(11) of Law No. 05/L-053, except for persons who are nationals or permanent residents of the Host State.
2. The Host State shall facilitate the transport of persons granted provisional release in accordance with Article 40 of this Agreement.
3. The Kosovo Relocated Specialist Judicial Institution and the Host State shall make practical arrangements as to the implementation of this Article.
