Verklaring van bepaalde Europese Regeringen inzake de produktiefase van de Ariane-draagraket
The activity entrusted to Arianespace shall be carried out for peaceful purposes in conformity with the obligations of the ESA Convention and with the provisions of the Outer Space Treaty.
Arianespace shall be required to conform to the decisions taken by the Sales Control Committee set up under section I.5.
