Verklaring van bepaalde Europese Regeringen inzake de produktiefase van de Ariane-draagraket
The Participants note that the Agency, in its capacity as the authority responsible for the development of the launcher and its constituent elements, has delegated to the Centre national d'études spatiales (CNES), the role of design authority. Participants therefore agree that CNES, on behalf of the Agency, be formally involved in the procedures concerning changes and, with regard to design changes, shall give its agreement in consultation with the Agency.
