Luchtvaartverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Curaçao, en de Republiek Panama
1. Either Party may at any time request consultation with the other Party for the purpose of amending the present Agreement or its Annexes. Such consultation shall begin within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of such request. Such consultations may be conducted through discussion or by correspondence.
2. Any amendment of this Agreement shall be agreed upon by the Parties and shall come into force on the date on which the Parties have informed each other in writing of the completion of the respective constitutional requirements.
