Luchtvaartverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Curaçao, en de Republiek Panama
1. Either Party may prevent the use of leased aircraft for services under this Agreement which does not comply with Articles 8 (Safety) and 9 (Aviation Security).
2. Subject to paragraph 1 above, the designated airlines of each Party may use aircraft leased from other airlines, provided all participants in such arrangements hold the appropriate authority and meet the requirements applied to such arrangements.
