Aanvullend Akkoord ter toepassing van het Europees Verdrag inzake sociale zekerheid

In order to benefit from the provisions of Article 45, paragraphs, of the Convention, the claimant shall submit to the competent institution a certificate regarding members of his family residing in the territory of a Contracting Party other than the competent State. This certificate shall be issued either by the institution of the place of residence of these members of the family which is competent in relation to sickness, or by any other institution designated by the competent authority of the Contracting Party in whose territory these members of the family reside. In addition, the provisions of Article 25, paragraphs 2 and 3, of this Agreement shall apply, mutatis mutandis.
