Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Republiek Finland betreffende het internationale wegvervoer
1. A carrier may not undertake the carriage of passengers or goods between two points in the territory of the other State.
2. Road transport of passengers and goods between the territory of one of the Contracting Parties and a third country may be performed only on those conditions that have been agreed upon by the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties.
