Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Republiek Finland betreffende het internationale wegvervoer
Each Contracting Party shall allow any carrier established in the territory of the other Contracting Party to carry out without any special licence transport of goods:
a. between any point in its territory and any point in the territory of the other Contracting Party;
b. in transit through its territory.
