Artikel 72
Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie inzake de toepassing van waarborgen met betrekking tot de Nederlandse Antillen in verband met het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens en Aanvullend Protocol I bij het Verdrag tot verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika (met Protocol I en II)
Subject to the procedures laid down in Article 76, the Agency may make special inspections:
(a) In order to verify the information contained in special reports; or
(b) If the Agency considers that information made available by the Netherlands Antilles including explanations from the Netherlands Antilles and information obtained from routine inspections, is not adequate for the Agency to fulfil its responsibilities under this Agreement.
An inspection shall be deemed to be special when it is either additional to the routine inspection effort provided for in Articles 77-81 or involves access to information or locations in addition to the access specified in Article 75 for ad hoc and routine inspections, or both.
(a) In order to verify the information contained in special reports; or
