Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie inzake de toepassing van waarborgen met betrekking tot de Nederlandse Antillen in verband met het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens en Aanvullend Protocol I bij het Verdrag tot verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika (met Protocol I en II)
The Netherlands Antilles and the Agency will bear the expenses incurred by them in implementing their respective responsibilities under this Agreement. However, if the Netherlands Antilles or persons under its jurisdiction incur extraordinary expenses as a result of a specific request by the Agency, the Agency shall reimburse such expenses provided that it has agreed in advance to do so. In any case the Agency shall bear the cost of any additional measuring or sampling which inspectors may request.
