Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie inzake de toepassing van waarborgen met betrekking tot de Nederlandse Antillen in verband met het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens en Aanvullend Protocol I bij het Verdrag tot verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika (met Protocol I en II)
The safeguards provided for in this Agreement shall be implemented in a manner designed:
(a) To avoid hampering the economic and technological development of the Netherlands Antilles or international co-operation in the field of peaceful nuclear activities, including international exchange of nuclear material;
(b) To avoid undue interference in the Netherlands Antilles' peaceful nuclear activities, and in particular in the operation of facilities; and
(c) To be consistent with prudent management practices required for the economic and safe conduct of nuclear activities.
