Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie inzake de toepassing van waarborgen met betrekking tot de Nederlandse Antillen in verband met het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens en Aanvullend Protocol I bij het Verdrag tot verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika (met Protocol I en II)
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date upon which the Agency receives from the Kingdom of the Netherlands written notification that the constitutional requirements for entry into force in the Kingdom of the Netherlands have been met. The Director General shall promptly inform all Member States of the Agency of the entry into force of this Agreement.
