Overeenkomst tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Internationale Organisatie voor Atoomenergie inzake de toepassing van waarborgen met betrekking tot de Nederlandse Antillen in verband met het Verdrag inzake de niet-verspreiding van kernwapens en Aanvullend Protocol I bij het Verdrag tot verbod van kernwapens in Latijns-Amerika (met Protocol I en II)
The Agency may make ad hoc inspections in order to:
(a) Verify the information contained in the initial report on the nuclear material subject to safeguards under this Agreement;
(b) Identify and verify changes in the situation which have occurred since the date of the initial report; and
(c) Identify, and if possible verify the quantity and composition of, nuclear material in accordance with Articles 92 and 95, before its transfer out of or upon its transfer into the Netherlands Antilles.
(a) Verify the information contained in the initial report on the nuclear material subject to safeguards under this Agreement;
(b) Identify and verify changes in the situation which have occurred since the date of the initial report; and
(c) Identify, and if possible verify the quantity and composition of, nuclear material in accordance with Articles 92 and 95, before its transfer out of or upon its transfer into the Netherlands Antilles.
