Artikel 24

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt of the last written notification, through diplomatic channels, by which the Parties have notified each other that their respective constitutional procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement have been completed.
2. Upon entry into force, this Agreement shall supersede, in the relations between the United Mexican States and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of Curaçao, the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Government of the United Mexico States, signed at Mexico City on 6 December 1971.
