Verdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Republiek Malawi tot het vermijden van dubbele belasting en het voorkomen van het ontgaan van belasting met betrekking tot belastingen naar het inkomen
1. The Contracting States shall notify each other by means of exchange of diplomatic notes, that the procedures required by their respective laws for the bringing into force of this Agreement have been completed. This Agreement shall enter into force on the last day of the month following the month in which the later of these notifications has been received.
2. The provisions of this Agreement shall have effect:
a) in Malawi: in respect of taxes on income relating to the fiscal year (including accounting periods beginning in any such year) next following that in which this Agreement enters into force and subsequent years; and
b) in the Netherlands: for any taxable years and periods beginning, and taxable events occurring, on or after the first day of January in the calendar year following that in which this Agreement enters into force.
2. The provisions of this Agreement shall have effect:
