1. Before a person is transferred, the competent authorities of the requesting Party shall inform the competent authorities of the requested Party in writing of the date, state border-crossing point, possible escorts and any other information with regard to the transfer.
2. It is not prohibited to use any mode of transport, either by land, sea or air. The choice of the mode of transport is made by the requesting Party. Either scheduled or charter flights may be used.
