Luchtvaartverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Aruba, en de Federale Republiek Brazilië
1. Each of the Parties shall notify the other Party, in writing, through diplomatic channels of the completion of its necessary internal procedures required to bring this Agreement into effect.
2. The Agreement shall come into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt of the last notification.
3. As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands, this Agreement shall apply only to Aruba.
