Artikel 12
Luchtvaartverdrag tussen het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, ten behoeve van Aruba, en de Federale Republiek Brazilië
1. Each Party shall allow prices for air services to be established by each airline individually based upon commercial considerations in the market place, and shall not be subject to approval.
2. Each Party may require notification to or filing with their authorities by the designated airlines of prices for transportation originating from its territory.
3. Neither Party shall take unilateral action to prevent the coming into effect or continuation of a price charged or proposed to be charged by an airline(s) of the other Party. If one Party believes that any such price may be unjust, unreasonable, discriminatory, artificially high or artificially low, it may request consultations with the other Party. These consultations shall be held not later than 14 days after receipt of the request.
