Verdrag ter verzekering van uitkeringen of bijstand aan onvrijwillig werklozen
There shall be constituted in accordance with national law or regulations tribunals or other competent authorities for the purpose of determining questions arising on applications for benefit or an allowance made by persons to whom this Convention applies.
