Artikel 21
Europees Verdrag betreffende de sociale zekerheid van arbeiders werkzaam bij het internationaal vervoer
1. This Convention shall come into force on the first day of the second month following that in which the second instrument of ratification is deposited.
2. This Convention shall come into force for any Signatory State ratifying it subsequently or any State acceding to it on the first day of the second month following that in which its instrument of ratification of accession is deposited.
