Artikel 2
Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van het Verenigd Koninkrijk van Groot-Brittannië en Noord-Ierland betreffende het internationale vervoer van goederen over de weg
Nothing in this Agreement shall be held to permit:
(a) vehicles of carriers authorised in accordance with the law of the Netherlands to carry goods loaded at any point in the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for delivery at any other point in that territory; or
(b) vehicles of carriers authorised to carry goods in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom to carry goods which are loaded at any point in the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for delivery at any other point in that territory.
(a) vehicles of carriers authorised in accordance with the law of the Netherlands to carry goods loaded at any point in the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for delivery at any other point in that territory; or
(b) vehicles of carriers authorised to carry goods in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom to carry goods which are loaded at any point in the territory of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for delivery at any other point in that territory.
