Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van het Verenigd Koninkrijk van Groot-Brittannië en Noord-Ierland betreffende het internationale vervoer van goederen over de weg
The vehicles of carriers who are authorised in accordance with the national laws of one of the Contracting Parties shall be allowed, without any further authorisation for the carriage of goods being required, to enter temporarily the territory of the other Contracting Party for the purpose of engaging in the following kinds of road transport:
(a) international goods transport between any point in that territory and any point outside that territory;
(b) the transport of goods in transit through that territory.
