Artikel 11
Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Republiek Oeganda inzake luchtdiensten tussen en via hun onderscheiden grondgebieden
(1). Each Contracting Party grants to the designated airlines of the other Contracting Party the right of free transfer at the official rate of exchange of the excess of receipt over expenditure earned by those airlines in its territory in connection with the carriage of passengers, mail and cargo.
(2). The excess of receipts over expenditure referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be exempt from Income Tax and Corporation Tax.
