Artikel XI
Overeenkomst inzake economische en technische samenwerking tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van de Democratische Republiek Soedan
The investments of nationals of either Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party shall not be expropriated except for the public benefit and against compensation. Such compensation shall represent the equivalent to the depreciated value of the investment affected, it shall be actually realizable, freely transferable, and shall be paid without undue delay.
