Artikel 8
Overeenkomst inzake de erkenning van studies aan, en diploma's of graden van instellingen van hoger onderwijs in de Staten, behorende tot de Europese Regio
The Contracting States shall undertake to work for the attainment of the objectives defined in Article 2 and shall make their best efforts to ensure that the undertakings set forth in Articles 3, 4, 5 and 6 above are put into effect by means of:
(a) national bodies;
(b) the Regional Committee defined in Article 10;
(c) bilateral or subregional bodies.
