Overeenkomst inzake de erkenning van studies aan, en diploma's of graden van instellingen van hoger onderwijs in de Staten, behorende tot de Europese Regio
The Contracting States, in addition to any obligations of governments, agree to take all feasible steps with a view to encouraging the competent authorities concerned to give recognition to the certificates, diplomas or degrees issued by the competent authorities of the other Contracting States for the purpose of practising a profession within the meaning of Article 1, paragraph l(b).
