Overeenkomst tussen de Regering van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden en de Regering van het Koninkrijk Noorwegen betreffende het internationale personen- en goederenvervoer over de weg
1. International passenger transport by regular services between the two countries is subject to licensing in accordance with the national laws and regulations in force in each of the two Contracting Parties.
2. Regular services are those which are carried out in accordance with fixed timetables on fixed routes, advertised publicly, and available, without the need for a transport contract being concluded before bounding the vehicle, to all passengers who can be accomodated.
